Head of Healthcare Digital Marketing & Growth
📋 About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Healthcare Digital Marketing to lead YouAyurveda’s growth engine. You will oversee multi-channel performance marketing, organic search (SEO), content distribution, community acquisition, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for our rapidly growing health portal.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Scale user acquisition through search marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Direct technical and editorial SEO strategies to maintain top-ranking organic health content.
- Analyze acquisition funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, retention) and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with clinical specialists and creative writers for high-converting educational campaigns.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of SEO specialists, performance marketers, and designers.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of performance marketing, growth, or digital leadership in HealthTech, D2C, or Wellness.
- Demonstrated history of scaling organic traffic and managing multi-crore annual ad budgets profitably.
⚡ Required Skills & Knowledge
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mixpanel.
- Deep understanding of healthcare advertising guidelines and search intent.
- Data-driven decision making, SQL/Looker experience is a huge plus.
