Senior Ayurvedic Physician & Clinical Consultant
📋 About the Role
YouAyurveda is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Ayurvedic Physician (BAMS/MD) to join our clinical care and consultation leadership team. You will conduct in-depth patient assessments, formulate evidence-informed Ayurvedic health regimens, and guide junior doctors across pan-India digital consultations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual and in-person Ayurvedic health consultations.
- Design individualized treatment plans encompassing diet (Ahara), lifestyle (Vihara), and classical herbal formulations (Aushadha).
- Collaborate with our digital health product team to refine Ayurvedic diagnostic algorithms.
- Conduct clinical quality audits and peer reviews for patient case records.
- Deliver clinical webinars and write authentic educational medical insights for our community.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized university / institute.
- Valid registration with the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) or State Ayurvedic Council.
- MD / MS in Ayurveda (Kayachikitsa, Dravyaguna, or Panchakarma) preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of active clinical consultation experience.
⚡ Required Skills & Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of classical Ayurvedic texts (Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridaya).
- Clinical diagnosis, Nadi Pariksha, Prakriti-Vikriti evaluation.
- Strong patient empathy and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records (EMR).

- Prior experience in a digital health, hospital, or wellness retreat environment.
- Published research articles or active clinical contributions in recognized journals.
