First recorded in the Charaka Samhita as the premier Rasayana formulation designed by the sage Chyavana, Chyawanprash is a master blend of over 40 therapeutic herbs. Fresh wild Amalaki pulp is sautéed in pure cow ghee and sesame oil, then gently infused with decoctions of Dashamoola and Pippali to build Ojas (the core biological force of immunity).
